August marks a new chapter for Rooftop Angels Inc. As we continue to serve families in South Carolina through roof repairs and community support programs, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming expansion into the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area!
Through our Jarred Up Program, we package nutritious, shelf-stable meals in reusable jars for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. This month, we are beginning conversations with the Charlotte Knights and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools to launch our first Charlotte-area Jarred Up event. Together, we aim to feed hundreds of people in Uptown Charlotte in just one day of service. That's not all that we have planned, this is just the beginning!!
What’s Coming Up
✅ Jarred Up Charlotte Service Day – Volunteers will gather to package thousands of meals in jars to be distributed throughout the community.
✅ Fundraising & Partnerships – We’re reaching out to local businesses, especially jar manufacturers and food suppliers, to join us in making this event possible.
✅ Volunteer Opportunities – Whether you’re in South Carolina or Charlotte, there’s a place for you to serve. From meal prep to roof projects, every pair of hands makes a difference.
